Automobile enthusiasts, get ready for another Netflix Fastest Car Season 2 . For those who are new and don’t know what we are talking about, let me give a brief about the show.
There are 4 sleeper cars along with one supercar racing each other in a drag race. The person who wins goes to the final race which takes place at dry salt lake, CA. The previous season’s final race took place there so we think that it will be the same this time but we are just assuming the same.
So, in the first season of Netflix Fastest Car, we saw that there were many potential fastest sleeper cars which made it to the finale and one of the sleeper car badged a second position leaving behind the Ferrari 488 GTB in the 3rd position, whereas, the most beloved Lamborghini Huracán scored the 1st position.
We have mixed feelings about this show because sleepers cars can never get close to the aerodynamics, dual-clutch, launch control, weight distribution, 4 wheel drive system with traction control which nowadays all the supercars come packed with. But this is where the fun begins, people taking part in the race have done a lot of customizations to their vehicles, let it be the turbos, the engine tune-ups, and many more mechanical tweaks.
The launch plays a very important part in a drag race. The person who shoots at the right time has more chances of winning the race because the supercars take no time in catching up.
We are really excited about the new season as there will be a lot of self-engineered cars and of course, the great supercars are like the cherry on the cake. By the looks of the trailer of the second season, there will be a Lamborghini Huracán Performante Spyder and some McLarens. We will also see a very famous supercar YouTuber (Vehicle Virgins) taking part in the same. We all know his Lambo has some badass mods and produces mind-boggling numbers when it comes to horsepower.
Well, in the end, it’s all about the relationship between a driver and his vehicle. Together, they make it through the finishing line. We should never underestimate the sleeper cars because they pack in some great power under the hood too.
