Amanda has been continuously updating fans on her husband’s health on social media. She revealed he had been getting slightly better every day despite the odds. The fitness trainer took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a photo of Nick. With their now 11-month-old son “Elvis Eduardo” before he became sick, saying she has ‘faith’ that he will survive.

She wrote in the caption, “I’ve told a couple of times that he won’t make it. I’ve told you to say goodbye. I’ve told it would take a miracle. Well, I have faith. Faith that is small as a mustard seed sometimes, but that is all you need sometimes”. Nick has faced a series of severe health conditions and setbacks, including having his leg amputated. And suffering two mini-strokes, while in the intensive care unit at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.

The Rock of Ages star developed a new lung infection last week, right when he seemed to be making progress. Amanda wrote in her latest post, “He’s still here and despite his odds gets slightly, slightly better every day, Where there is faith, there is hope. Where there is hope, there can be a miracle. Like my dad has said since day one, every day he’s still with us is a miracle. I believe God is with us, with the doctors and with Nick”.
