IPL 11th Match: Delhi strikes hard and rolls up, Dhawan creates a tremor

Shikhar Dhawan is the Player of the Match.

It was a conscious effort on my part (to increase my SR) and I started taking more risks. I’m not afraid of change. I’m always open to changing and trying to do my best in the network and then in the game.

I’m not afraid to come out either. I practice strokes from the side of the foot that goes into the fold at the bowling’s pace. It depends on who plays bowling and what plans I make for them.

My shots are increasing. It used to be, but now [more often]. I am very calm these days. If I’m uneasy at this point, then when ?! I am calm but also careful. Shaw’s love for cotton has had a big impact and that’s great for our team.
